For a front sway bar, I'd recommend going with a 25mm tribeca sway bar. There's a whole thread about it somewhere on this sight. The guy who started the thread used forester rear endlinks in the front with OEM tribeca sway bar bushings. This whole set up cost me $135 from Subaru Genuine Parts. I just installed mine like a week ago, well worth it and much cheaper than any other after market front sway bar and endlink set up.

Relative. W/O changing the rear (16mm IIRC) you will have drastic understeer.

 

All depends on your driving style, what effects you want and what you can handle.

 

Do a search on upgrading sways and you'll see the relationship.
