Have found some nice blue silicone hoses on ebay but am wanting the same kit in Lime green but cannot for the life of me find the same kit in this colour. Has anyone else done this? You'll have to find somewhere that makes it or go to a industrial hose distributor that can get bulk reels of the tubing and you'll be stuck with more than you'll ever need. Sara32013 Posted May 25, 2016 Share Posted May 25, 2016 What if you took some sand paper and roughed up the hoses a bit before painting? I assume that would at least increase the life span of the paint job. Just keep an extra can handy and touch up as necessary. It may be stupid but I would think if you clear coat the hoses as well it would increase the life span a little more!
