dylandevine123
I have a set of STi pink injectors laying around and was wondering if they would fit my 97 legacy gt 2.5? I am also looking to upgrade my fuel pump to compensate for the increase in injector size. Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
SCASEYS
so, your GT was swapped? I only assume because you are asking about changing your fueling. As far as I know (me=n00b) 2nd gens are NA I donated to LegacyGT.com which allows me to have this nifty signature. If anything SCASEYS posts ever becomes a sticky i'm gonna light this whole place on fire
apexjapan
Upgrade your injector size only if you are increasing hp, through engine build or force injection. Otherwise, you won't add any performance and will likely suffer a reduction in gas mileage. In addition, unless you can tune for it, the car doesn't know you have larger injectors and will continue to attempt to meter out fuel as if they were standard sized injectors. Won't be pretty. dylandevine123
Thanks I was thinking that it was just going to be a bolt on hp gainer but th engine is NA so no gains and probably a drop in performance is not worht the time and effort to put them in thenks again!!!
