Advice for new 2-way alarm

Hello folks, I am about to be rejoining the Subaru world (had a 05 LGT) with the potential purchase of a 2011 STI.

 

I had an Ungo 2-way alarm W/remote start professionally installed on my 5mt, it worked great except for 1 thing, all the buttons would get depressed in my pocket and because the system had so many features i would send my remote into some special mode and have to bust out my manual atleast once a week to figure out what mode or setting it was in now

 

even with my truck i have a viper 3203 system same issues with buttons pressed in pocket.

 

So the question is what 2-ways are you guys using?

what issues or headaches do they give you?

 

I think a system with a slider lock on the remote would be ideal but i cant find anything like that floating around.

I had a 2 way python system by dei and it had a locking feature on the remote where after 60 seconds of inactivity the remote locked so you couldn't press any buttons in your pocket. all you had to do was press the function then the unlock button and the remote would unlock then you could do whatever you needed to do.
