quick question, im going to look at some hankook ipike studded tires this afternoon. they were on a honda accord i believe for 1 month and then taken off. Im having them looked at to check the tire wear this afternoon, but is this something I should be weary of? thoughts on this purchase??

Totally forgot about this thread.

I shoe-horned 275's on the 5th gen. I wasn't the first, but FWIW.

Can I post here? Hawkeye WRX (06-07) wheels, not exactly aftermarket, but I like them.

3 out of 4 of my OEM wheels were out of round (139k miles). I'm an outside salesman, so wanted to stay looking stock, but still wanted something different. I searched this forum a lot and only found a couple other people with these wheels on our cars.

I found a barely used set on NASIOC, and had IAG mount them. Wheels are in great shape, so the car rides much better; I had some pretty bad steering wheel vibration at 60-80 mph with the OEM wheels.

I think they look awesome. Drew from IAG said it almost looks like a spec b., so that's a pretty high compliment

I need to wash the car and get better pics, but here you go:

^^^ Rota means broken in Spanish. Were you driving on a street with a Spanish name when this happened?

I'm not here to debate "real" vs. "fake" wheels. I've owned Works, Rays, Rotas and now fifteen52s and have had zero issues with any of them driving on some really crappy roads with low profile tires.

You're going to have to provide more information than just a broken wheel. Smoking a curb at 50mph will break any wheel. I could go and find a few pictures of a broken "real" wheels if I felt like it. On top of that, fixing a bent "real" wheel will cost as much as replacing one broken Rota.

It's cool; I'm with the band
