Here's a crappy cell phone pic of my car with it's new shoes and tint done this past weekend.

I was surprised 245s fit with stock suspension, but they fit just fine without any rubbing.

Nex to come would be blacking out the headlights. Already talked about it and traded emails back and forth, but just can't get the cash together for that right now. This should tide me over for a few months till I get the urge to spend the cash I don't have on the lights!!

First post. Have had my 2010 Legacy 3.6 Premium in Black Diamond for 12 months now & really like this car. Taken a while to really get to enjoy it but a couple of long trips & it's the best Legacy I've had, no doubt about that. I'm now past the grunty stuff(I'm in my mid 70's) now & like the smoother ride & comfort. If I want to go back I still have a '99 B4 RSK & a '93 SVX to remind me of how much this Legacy is a delight to drive

Hows the paint quality on these new subies?

I know past gens had really thin paint, and was scratched up easy, is that the case with these ones too?

Down under here nearly all Subies are built in Japan & the paint has always been of the highest quality in my experience.

I had a white 1990 Legacy & a seagull dropped one on the bonnet(hood)? & don't know what it had been eating but I had to take it to a panel shop & they cut the paint quite heavily & said lucky it was a Subaru as they always had a good thick layer of paint. Thats been my experience for over 20 years anyway. I was hit in the rear while driving my 2010 Legacy a month ago & expected to see some considerable damage but just two scratches which are hard to notice as the bumper? is black underneath the paint. Cheers

New member here! Picked up my '11 2.5i Premium on Memorial Day, trading in my '08 Impreza (seen in the back). Lovin' the ride!

Thanks guys! I'm in Chicago and this is my second Subaru. First one was an '08 Impreza w/stick.

I'm just going to keep the car stock except for a few OEM accessories from when I picked her up:

tweeters

sub

splash guards

homelink mirror

trunknets
