While doing some research i came across this chip. it's much cheaper but i am wondering what kind of results it will produce and if it is a safe product. i havent heard much about how well legacy's do with performance chips. any input is appreciated. thanks. joeblow Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 Yeah, with one or two exceptions (hydra system) you don't chip subarus. A reflash from a good tuner is infinitely better for your car than a generic tune for the same car. Tuners will look at logs and make the necessary adjustments to make sure your car is running its best, OTS tunes and chips do not.
