What fluids to change for the track?

Guys,

I track my car a few times a year and as such I'd like to flush the fluids, if necessary. I do very regular oil changes and use Mobil 1 full synthetic and I bleed my brakes every 2-3 events (user Motul Super Blue).

As track season is approaching what other fluids should I consider? Diff? Transmission? Coolant? I got a quote from the dealer, the 30k maintenance fluids are around $400, figure I can do it cheaper myself.
