NateH
Hey everyone. I am looking at buying a 2006 GT with 70k miles on it. It is listed at $14,500. According to car fax it has never been in an accident and has had two owners. My worry is about how the previous drivers treated it. The inside looks immaculate. I am going down monday to give it a test drive. What should I be looking for? This is my first turbo car. Thanks for the help

spc2125
Personally, i would bring the car to a mechanic to check it out. Preferably one who is good with subies. Its like $100 but then u can always shove that in the dealers face as proof that something is wrong. And you get the peace of mind that you have a good car because chances are you have no idea what to actally look for. 95% of people dont. And the mechanic xan check with their high poweres flashlight all the gaskets and check for turbo play.
