I see a flat road, i dont get it.

well, in order to get to the flat road we have to drive thru the dirt and the rubbles. There's basically a ditch infront of our company, but the driveway is suppose to be flat. Just so happen when i went out for lunch they messed the flat dirt driveway and it was a big ass dip

i got thru the dirt but it was a bumpy ride, right when i got passed the dirt reaching the road, the lip hit a pile of concrete and it cracked

well, I can tell you from personal experience you won't get the city to compensate you for your losses. You'll have to find the contractor that's doing the roadwork and talk to them about it. Preferably the foreman on the project. Even then it's almost not worth the hassle of doing it.

Based on the title, I thought you were going to say "Thanks to the Construction Workers for whistling at me every morning on the way to work"
