Gemini91
Do you all install the aftermarket coilover by yourselves? I never did it before and is considering it... Is it a difficult job? How long does it normally take?
dmanaenk
Second person would help to put the rears on, but it's doable alone. Time depends on tools that you have. With decent power/air tools it could take well under 2 hours.
m sprank
No air tools. No need. Takes about 2 hours if you have the proper hand tools. Bottle jack gets the rear in fast. Not two people. Work smart not hard, use the right tools.
Windy Road
I mostly did mine alone though I had a couple buddys over bull shitting with me, they helped when ever I needed it. Took me a couple hours even with popping one of the front axles back in. Have the proper tools and make sure you put the car up on jack stands. Oh and have some blocks of wood if you lower your car alot and do it in a drive way. I needed to put wood under my front tires or I couldn't get the jack that I was using out from under the front of the car. 276hp/347tq On a DynoJet Dyno Video - Had a big lean spot as you can tell in the second pull
SubLo
You don't need a second person. This is an easy job if you have moderate mechanical/handyman ability. Yes, I also did it myself. As mentioned, this is easily done with basic hand tools. Enjoy! ________________________________________________ '05 BSM OBXT Row-your-own, W.I.P. '06 Shrek B # 64 - The car the wife loved to hate :( Sold...
