I thought it was just residue from the plastic but I have washed the car 1000 times, applied nxt 3 times and I have tried clay, goo gone, scratch-x and ssr1 by hand. And yes, that scratch was there too, along with several other blemishes, some polished out others have not. With the wheels I have tried meguiars wheel cleaner, eagle one wheel cleaner, clay and gold class. It's slightly better now but I can't get it out completely.
