DrJayMixwell Posted December 18, 2007 Share Posted December 18, 2007 okay so i've had an RBS grill for a while but haven't attached the mesh grill yet. has anyone seen the infomercial for mighty putty? you think this stuff will hold? it should, right? and no, i'm not going to order it from Billy May or whatever the hell that screaming maniac's name is. i can just get the same thing at home depot. i just never thought about using it for this application. so yes or no? if you haven't seen the infomercial for mighty putty, click here! scooby600 Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 I have epoxy putty like that except it was cheap and from a motorcycle shop, I think it is the same kind of stuff so that may be an alternative. MiniStiGuy Posted January 2, 2008 Share Posted January 2, 2008 quicksteel is a hightemp putty that is used for repairing exhaust or etc... I used it to fill in the squirrel finders on my projectors.
