Code
http://www.whitelinesuspensionparts.com/proddetail.asp?prod=W0907 Has anybody used one of these yet? I have had my kit installed for over 40K miles. I have developed a clunk somewhere in the right side and it got me thinking about a refresh on some of the bushings. I'd also rather not spend over $200 on new ball joints and tie rods. Does anyone know exactly what this replaces and how difficult is the rebuild process? Dispatch20
I think this kit is just new boots for the kca313 extended length ball joints and tie rods. The boot covers the joint and keeps grease in it. It won't fix a clunk, but it will fix a torn boot. I tore a whiteline ball joint boot the other day during removal with a pickle fork, and I just threw out the entire ball joint. I could have gotten this replacement for cheap and sold my kca313 kit. Oh well.
Code
The website says bushing and boot. I'm not sure where or how the bushings are in there. "Striving to better, oft we mar what's well." - Bill Shakespeare - car modder
