candt Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 Ive noticed on the top edge of my drivers side window, and small area is starting to peel. Is there any way I can fix this before it gets worse? rkhousman Posted April 7, 2013 Share Posted April 7, 2013 Peeling usually is key indicator that it is aftermarket. Atleast in all my experiences! Take a razorblade and trim the area that is peeling or try a little h20 and see if it will restick to the glass. otherwise the only remedy is to have it retinted! candt Posted April 7, 2013 Author Share Posted April 7, 2013 Thanks for the reply. I took a razorblade and trimmed the peeling film off. It was such a small section it wont even be noticed. One other unrelated question.....I took the cover off the fuse box under the hood today, and I noticed a few empty spaces. One was the spot to put a fuse in to disable the FWD, the other is labeled as "DRL (Tail) Relay" on the underside of the fuse box cover. Its toward the front right of the fuse box.
