The manual I'm referencing relates to the vehicle information system installed with the OEM navigator. I'm in the never ending process of deciding what type of navi/multimedia unit install in my new Outback: 1) OEM unit (completely integrated, nice aesthetic, expensive) 2) Aftermarket double din multimedia navigator, probably a Clarion MAX973HD unit (very flexible, not so easy to install and not so cheap) 2) CarPC (does whatever you want and provide you illimited time of installation duties , a little cheaper) I hope the manual che help me valuate what I get with the original Subaru navigator unit.
