j-rock
Or the fuel pump inertial cut-off switch that disconnects after an accident. I'm going to be parking my LGT at an airport for about 15 days and I want to disable the fuel pump while it's there Why do I get the feeling you're all just going to tell me to get the Haynes manual? Th3Franz
What's the advantage of disconnecting the fuel pump? If you're concerned about theft, the car does have an electric immobilizer and I doubt that the pros have figured out a means to disable it yet. -Franz The end of a Legacy http://www.youtube.com/th3franz
j-rock
Just to cover all my bases. I don't think someone would have gone through all the trouble to have a key system made that emulates thousands of subaru electronic keys, but just in case. Anyone? Fuel pump cut-off switch or fuel pump relay? I used to do this with my mustang whenever I left it over night somewhere I didn't trust and it helped me feel better. inthedeck
Why don't you just pull the fuse for something like this? Isn't there a fuse that could be pulled? or something?
j-rock
Why don't you just pull the fuse for something like this? Isn't there a fuse that could be pulled? or something? That would also work... Anybody know which exact fuse is for the fuel pump? Is there a fuse for that or just the relay?
