Today I decided to change out my thermostat and flush the heater core. I read a couple of forums and most people recommend getting an o.e. Subaru thermostat from the dealer. I hate dealerships. So, i found that the Altrom line t-stat from NAPA is made by Tama, from which i understand is the o.e. supplier of t-stats to Subaru. http://imageshack.us/a/img42/6060/rudj.jpg I get most of my parts thru NAPA because my shop is a NAPA Autocare Center.
