don7
So let me start off by saying they are not my first choice, i was looking more in the 8.5 range but i would be getting a SWEET deal on these so im trying to get an idea of what i need to do to get em to fit. The wheels are XXR 527s and they have 235x40 rubber with a +22 offset so there is a decent stretch, not ideal for the look im going for but it might be worth a shot. I know this seems like lunacy but i do like me some meaty wheels on a legacy. Biggest question is can i run them without coilovers, because those are not in the budget at the moment. Also, i am not against fender flares

Drift Motion
you have couple of choices if you don't want to research 1. buy them and flip them for profit... 2. buy them and get a car that can fit them (RWD) 3. make them fit, cut fenders, add camber, add flares
