BlackGT2005 Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 so my car was having a misfire so i changed the spark plugs and all 4 coil packs. the coil pack on the passenger side on the back end was the issue it was rusted to shit. i tried to remove the screw that holds the coil but it ended up breaking off due to so much rust any ideas how i can fix or someone that could fix this? thanks. You may want to zip tie it. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. 06silvarubiLGT Posted February 1, 2013 Share Posted February 1, 2013 if I remember correctly you can remove the valve cover and try to get the remainder of the bolt out... might be a bitch wiggling the cover off the broken bolt..
