addison Posted December 18, 2010 Share Posted December 18, 2010 can i run 215/55-17's or 225/55-17's on my 2008 spec b? overall diameter should only be 1" more than my stock 215/45-18s. cant image 1/2" all around would interfere with suspension. rtbrjason Posted December 18, 2010 Share Posted December 18, 2010 They would fit yes. It would be close to a 3% difference from the stock size. So at 60mph you would actually be closer to 62. Not a huge deal really. Might notice a bit slower acceleration as well as it's slightly over-gearing, though I'm not sure if it is enough to feel.
