Recently picked up some 06 wrx wheels for pretty cheap. I think I like the look but I'm thinking about going darker with them. Need to fix some minor curbage anyways. I don't know if I should powder coat or just fix the curbage and paint them myself. I'd like to hear opinions on colors. If you want to suggest whether I should powder coat or paint, I'd like to hear that as well.

Option 4:

Sell the rims and go aftermarket.

They look nice, but they are heavy. Keep these for winter and go aftermarket for summer.

They are surprisingly heavy. I was thinking about doing that but I already have 16s and decent tires for winter. I may rock these for a bit and then sell my other wheels for an aftermarket set.

Haha. Be glad you didn't buy the '08~'10 WRX wheels, because they are heavier still!

16's for winter will save you a lot of $$ on tires and work even better. Stick with those.

Option 1. I am not a fan of black/dark wheels.
