Are they powdercoated 04-07 STi brembos? Or are they the Brembo GT calipers?

Those are some clean wheel wells.

Wheel wells are that clean as i got paranoid about brake fluid spills and washed everything down while the car was on stands.

I think the rotors may be on the wrong side. Shouldn't the gases vent up and out the slots as they pass through the pads? This way //////

 

Instructions and pic in the install directions show it as installed.

what set up did you use for the rear? larger parking brakes shoes or custom rotor? or is it not needed since these are Brembo GT's?

 

Not needed, the kit comes as a bolt on with everything you need. The supplied rear disks fit over the shoes and the kit also has the dog bone brackets made by Brembo.

 

The only thing i found that will need now are rear brake lines as the ones supplied with the kit don't fit.
