I have the FM cut out whenever I turn on the rear defroster problem and I'm trying to see if I'm missing a huge chunk of my grid or if it's just designed that way. Thanks. adolan21 Posted December 16, 2010 Author Share Posted December 16, 2010 Well if it's a small break you can repair it with Permatex Rear Defroster Grid Kit. It costs like 12 bucks and it's pretty straightforward. The dealer wanted $100 just to look at it and who knows how much to repair it so I was trying to see if I could do it myself.
