illest Posted January 15, 2014 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Hi LGT Members! So my LGT a.c is randomly turning off and not coming back on. I noticed my CFM (condenser fan motor) not coming on. Should it be on all the time the compressor is on? Or does it cycle on a HPS (High Pressure Switch)? I also feel that when it does work, im not getting its full capacity. I haven't put a set of gauges on it since it only holds a couples of OZ. But i know for a fact is has refrigerant in the system. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks LGT Members! I pay the man when I need to. 305,600miles 5/2012 ej257 short block, 8/2011 installed VF52 turbo, @20.8psi, 280whp, 300ftlbs. (SOLD). CHECK your oil, these cars use it. rob-2 Posted January 15, 2014 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Best to check the pressure of the system first. If you're low you can either drain it before filling or top it up.
