mike2225 Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 So i just bought a wbr el header and from first impressions of it is that its a quality piece, welds look decent and im pretty happy with it so far.So i measured the ID of the piping at the flange where the UP would connect to, and it was 1 11/16" now my FMS UP has an ID of 2 1/4" were its connects to the header.Will this hurt performance at all or spool up time?? turbodog Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 LOL. IIRC the stock uppipe inlet/outlet diameter is 45mm. And by the way, most subaru turbo's (VF, etc) have the same exhaust inlet size.
