fujative06
my friend has a 05 lgt 5 spd with 100k he bought it from a dealership that is known to be shitty but didnt realize it when he bought it. but 3k later he has a rod knock. the car had the turbo and timing belt done when he bought it. but he wants to trade me for my 02 wrx with 187k that has its issues but runs and drives fine. I have a spare 2.2t motor that I was going to build when the funds permitted. the wrx isnt my daily and honestly sits in the driveway. so my thoughts are to just trade and throw in my 2.2t shortblock and call it a day so i can drive it. cause frankly I think there the perfect sleeper/ cruising car. what do you guys think? I can pull the motor and swap the blocks myself so no money would be spent in the doing of that...
