Sebastian
I'm still trying to fabricate hard-plastic, removable headlight covers that I can paint to color match the car. I think I have found the material to work with ( www.shapelock.com ), but things aren't going so well with the project. I want to make the front of the car more aggressive looking. I've been considering tinting the headlights but many people on here say they cut down too much on the headlight output. Does anyone have tinted headlights that are still safe to use at night? If so, please post pics. I've also been considering eyelids, but I hate to spend over $150 for a couple of strips of vinyl. Are there any other options I haven't seen? The headlights are already blacked out but I want more..
BagheeraLGT
hey man. you and i have a very similiar ride (front end). Between the OBP paint, Mesh grill and blacked out headlights, i wouldnt be suprised if i tried my key on your car if we happened to be in the same parking lot. Aside from eyelids, i really cant think of much. you could drop some bank on a Genome front grill (mabye 350 shipped) or a PU fiberglass lip (235 shipped from ravspec). to me, the front end looks aggressive enough, but i know opinions differ. here are a couple pics of mine to show ya what i mean about similiar whips

GT_Tony
could try ebay? i paid $20.AUS for mine. you can always customise which parts you paint (ie. could paint around the indicator.. or leave a bit un-painted for the light to shine through? E-Tank
I have never seen a finer example of looks>utility. That is asinine. http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j15/one_ton_tony/1225648463.jpg these are just the standered Subaru Headlight protectors Tinted Black.. pretty dull at night (high beam looks simalar to low beam HAHA) but can pull them off easy enuff
Sebastian
I have never seen a finer example of looks>utility. That is asinine. Why is it asinine looks over utility? The covers can be taken off and put back on in seconds, you don't need headlights during the day. Dark film tint (that's not easily removable) over the headlights is asinine. Sebastian
Must've been. I've checked ebay there and can't find any. I'm about to talk to a local dealer and see if they can special order them, if not I'm gonna email an Aussie dealer and see how much to ship them here. Guest heightsgtltd
I like how something that draws attention to a car like covering headlights completely is somehow considered "stealthy"
