wunderkind
Hello folks, I might be getting back into the Legacy family. However not with the GT version. I like to know what is a good price for an 08 Legacy 2.5i SE. Shoot for invoice? Any changes for 09 model?

tachikaze
Likely from Seattle subaru. the http://www.cars101.com dealer guy seems to have his stuff together. Awesome resource and if I were in the area I'd certainly give him the chance to get my business for that.
Sponge
shoot for $2000 under invoice. Seriously. Yup bought my first and second 2.5i for 2K under invoice. Last year on my 07 Limited my breakdown was: MSRP - $ 25,920 Discount - $ 2,525 Sell Price - $ 23,395 ($938 BELOW FACTORY INVOICE) Rebate - $ 750___ Auto Show Cash - $500 TOTAL - $ 22,145 Then they gave be about 1K more than my trade was worth so I consider that the extra below invoice...its all perspective. longislander1
New SEs with a few accessories (mirror, mats, etc.) are being advertised here on Long Island for $19,995 and that's before any negotiating. Talk about great value!
