icelatte
Almost bought this from japanparts.com but I can't tell where the mounting points are. They look different from the cusco mount points to the front control arms. I know they're more expensive than cusco but I'm a sucker for the cherry red logo sometimes. Opie
Almost bought this from japanparts.com but I can't tell where the mounting points are. They look different from the cusco mount points to the front control arms. I know they're more expensive than cusco but I'm a sucker for the cherry red logo sometimes. STI: http://www.japanparts.com/images/ImageFromDB.php?base=1&no=2479 Cusco: http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/yhst-49187380673845_1921_4650488 I have it installed on my car...it mounts directly between the forward lower control arm mounting points. In the picture above look to the left of the forward lower control arm mount (near the top of the picture), see the two bolt heads...it mounts to those. CreoSTi
What Opie said; http://www.mcnproductions.com/lgt/suspension/stibar2.jpg The splash shield is hiding the 2nd bolt. -Mike-
ebpda9
i doubt the cosco one really does anything with the mushy ass bushings on the control arms. maybe better bushings then you will see an improvement
icelatte
Thanks guys. That clears up alot. I wonder if there's much benefit with the bracing points for the STi piece though.
ebpda9
i can't really tell, but as long as those bushings are in place i doubt the body sees too much stress at those points.

thestratomaster
Can you use the sti with the cusco unit? It looks like they use different mounting points.
