Please check my logs, need tuning advice

Ok, I've been running OS MickeyD stg2 map for a while, with my WGDC at 80% still. I installed a K&N intake, scaled the MAF and all my logs had been showing no knock.

Yesterday I installed 650cc injectors and 1 step colder plugs (will be installing 18g later plus my car has 52k). Here are three logs from this morning, I see the middle one shows no knock, but learning view is making changes (first LV before the logs, second LV after 3 pulls). Any advice on what I should change?

Well you got knock there. Are you sure the upper end of the MAF or the injectors are scaled right? Looks like 11:1 to 11.3:1 for most of the log, is that what it calls for in the primary fuel table, or is it a bit richer like 10.8:1 or so?

Can you throw up some logs of before the changes?

Also, I used the OL MAF tool from those 3 pulls. Around 4.3v and 4.41v I see error of 2.5%, is that considered close enough? All other v are withing +/-1% Based on that can I assume my MAF scaling with the intake and the injector flow scaling is good?

Based on LC1 data it does seem a little leaner than my OL fueling table between 4400 and 5600rpm though. But the OL MAF table doesn't seem like it requested much of a change?

It looks like that was just enough to put you over the knocking edge (assuming all is equal).

Try adjusting the OL portion of the MAF scaling to get it a bit closer, other then that you may have to taker out a little bit timing.

Just adjusted my MAF scaling around 4.18v and a little above. LV after the pulls looks good, new logs attached, first one shows no knock. AFR seems to be better now. Second one I see a little at 2500rpm, should I even be concerned with that one? I didn't change anything in the lower end.

I continue to be amazed how much difference small changes make. I only added about 2% g/s to the 4.18 and 4.3v, and now AFR at redline went down several tenths.

Looks good.

That one knock count at 2500 rpms is right where boost is coming on, ECU likely reacted to it with FBKC, not FLKC.

FWIW if a 2% difference in fueling changed that much as far as knock goes, I would personally take out a little bit of timing, just to be on the safe side, maybe 1/3 to 2/3s of a degree.

Either way just keep an eye on it in different conditions.

Edit: I notice a weird intake resonance or boost fluctuation at about 3000 rpms. Graph out g/s and MRP vs rpm (easiest was is w/ Airboy's sheet) and you will see what I mean.
