apexi
*UPDATED with new info from ** on. You could buy from a US subaru dealership that offers international shipping. subarupartsdepot.com is one of them. Other subaru dealers like fred beans do international shipping, but they don't offer a shipping estimate. https://www.subarupartsdepot.com/oem-subaru-parts.html From them the part would be $52.28 usd / 90.04 gel Add in international priority shipping for $37.99 usd / 65.43 gel **Before you buy, on the opposed forces web site it looks like #11 is the correct part you need, but other web sites say that is the reflective mirror glass It looks like "84401AG031" might be the part number that you need instead. Please double check this before you buy, I would hate to see you buy the wrong part because of me. http://www.buysubarupartsnow.com/subaru/legacy/84401ag031/?year=2005&trim=gt&engine=2-5l-h4-gas&group=electrical-lighting-and-body&subgroup=lighting-exterior&part_name=turn-signal-light-housing This link was kind of interesting too http://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&js=n&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=http%3A%2F%2Fminkara.carview.co.jp%2Fen%2Fuserid%2F253024%2Fcar%2F303312%2F499413%2Fnote.aspx

apexi
Edit: I misread your post, I thought you were asking how to remove that piece. If you're looking to open it up, I think you could probably just bake it in the oven at a low temperature, the way that you would bake a headlight to open it.
