Russki
Nope $1,8xx is probably the cheapest you will find them. Megan Racing has the street set for 1000. Worth it?
Blizzard
Megan Racing has the street set for 1000. Worth it? Personal opinion but I wouldn't buy Chinese coilovers. That decision is ultimately up to you though.
ziptiecloud
Megan Racing has the street set for 1000. Worth it? ..Some people really like them, a lot more don't. From what I've learned, they definitely do the job, but aren't in the same stadium as the kw3's
Gscoobs
I'm sure this has been discussed multiple times before but are there any good exhaust options for a 2012 2.5i without spending $1,000 or getting a custom one? i have seen some 2.5i impreza's with catbacks that could mock an wrx or sti. no performance just want to hear that rumble a little more thanks, greg

It sounds good but you don't have the "boxer rumble", it's a nice deep growl tho.

It sounds good but you don't have the "boxer rumble", it's a nice deep growl tho. I feel like the Magnaflow wouldn't sound that great on an automatic 2.5. It's an extremely loud exhaust because there's no resonator in the i-pipe. The piping is also probably too big for a 2.
CHUCKmfnNORRIS
is there a single exhaust that will fit the 2.5i?
Blizzard
is there a single exhaust that will fit the 2.5i? Don't believe so. All the pre-made catbacks are designed to fit the LGT. You could do something custom though.
CHUCKmfnNORRIS
i was trying to avoid having to do a custom exhaust. i was even looking at just getting a muffler but no one sells them with the correct bend in the back.
Rutchard
could always get one of the dual exhausts and have someone fab up a blockoff plate for the 2nd muffler. I wouldn't advise this for a GT, but I don't think it'd hurt a 2.5i at all.
CHUCKmfnNORRIS
or get a duel exhaust and remove one side and rather than block it off, put an electric exhaust cut-out.

I probably wouldn't trust them.
LoHud 3.6R
It states 5x100 on the site....typo?
Blizzard
It states 5x100 on the site....typo? It says 5x100 but it also says OEM rim so I don't believe it. 98% positive Subaru only made those wheels in 5x114.
skiteton
thanks guys, anyone got videos of the 08 wrx axle back installed? I'm interested in this as well. I happen to have my old axleback from my '08 WRX hanging in my garage.....
skiteton
No rumble b/c EL headers. Any 08 WRX sedan axelbacks will fit. So my 2.5i has equal length headers? I thought all boxer engines had UEL headers.....I'm just here to learn!

legacy360
UEL headers ended in the 2.5 N/A Legacy's starting with the 2006 model year. Legacy 2.5GT's lost UEL headers starting with the 2010 model year.
fahr_side
Legacy 2.5GT's gained EL headers starting with the 2010 model year. Fixed.
