slissner Posted November 21, 2005 Share Posted November 21, 2005 For my spec.B, I ordered today four Nokian WR A.W.P. 2 in size 215/50VR17 tires from tiresbyweb.com and four BBS RK 17x7.0 ET48 5x100 pattern wheels from genuinesaab.com. Nokian WR tires performed well on my Audi allroad 4.2. The BBS wheels will come with SAAB center caps because they were intended for the SAAB 9-2X, which is actually an Impreza WRX. Finding wheels for the spec.B was easy. Finding winter tires was difficult because the car comes with 215/45-18 tires which are about an inch taller than 215/45-17 tires. I'll post a note in a few weeks about the spec.B's roadholding and handling with the new wheels and tires. They certainly won't be as much fun as the summer wheels and tires, but they'll get me where I want to go in winter. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
