I had the same problem after getting a little stupid doing donuts...let's just say you don't want to engage a forward gear if you are not going forward. It sounds bad, but all it did was put some burs on the 1-2 synchro. The cost was substantial however. Or it could be worse gear damage Or it could simply be a bent shifter fork Or maybe even something with your shifter... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
