PoorBoy STS show and tell

I was in the middle of installing my Leptronix Aux-In mod, when I just got to thinking maybe I should put in a STS while I am in here. So I searched the forums and got all the info I needed. Needless to say that money is tight right now and I did not have the funds for a new unit. So I went digging though the members classifieds to find a used one...... No luck there:mad:. After looking at the Cobb unit and the perrin one as well I just said the hell with it and made my own.

I wasn't looking to get that crazy low knob look just wanted to get ride of the school bus shifter feel. I first set it to just a little longer on the ball end then stock. It felt A LOT better. From there I pulled out the metal shifter boot retainer cut out the corner that limits pivot height and turned the mother out. Oh so much better  finally shifts as a performance car should nice short stroke firm gear changes

so now for the million dollar question

I can reproduce these fairly easily do you guys think there’s a market on here for them. a cheaper double adjustable STS
