LCA labor

So I decided to get aluminum control arms, and figured I'd go all out and get AVO bushings to put in them at the same time. I called my local stealership to get an idea of how much it'd be, and was told $400! I called Meineke and was quoted at $250...I'm a bit lost and wondering what it would typically cost to have a shop remove my old steel LCA's, press the AVO bushings into the new aluminum LCA's, and reinstall??

Our labor on an LCA install is 135. We've done then in steel, and the Spec B arms. While it isnt hard if youve done then, they are plenty of ways to screw things up. Have it done right at a Subaru knowledgeable shop.
