Ok my opinion has changed.

After driving the Legacy 3.6 a bit more I really notice it.

You push the peddle as far as you normally would to accelerate slowly but it really does take a half second or so for it to accelerate.

My passenger was even noticing the lurching..

From what I have heard about Subaru i'm not going to hold my breath for a fix. I'll just hope I get used to it or it goes away after 1000+ km..

Hey BobGee, be sure to send Subaru a note about this issue and request that they find a solution. As previously mentioned, we all need to complain and ask for the solution so that Subaru takes action.

Thats what I thought about our Camry, but just the opposite happened, it just got more annoying and I kept getting madder.

It's funny the more I get comfortable driving the car the more the pause or hesitation stands out... They gotta fix this..

Aside from that the car feels awesome. The car feels a lot smaller than it looks.

I test drove one a couple of weeks ago, although I didn't drive it long enough to notice the hesitation, I did like the car a lot and also thought it felt much smaller than it looks.
