okay so i've had an RBS grill for a while but haven't attached the mesh grill yet. has anyone seen the infomercial for mighty putty? you think this stuff will hold? it should, right?
and no, i'm not going to order it from Billy May or whatever the hell that screaming maniac's name is. i can just get the same thing at home depot. i just never thought about using it for this application. so yes or no?
if you haven't seen the infomercial for mighty putty, click here!

It should work. It's pretty much the same stuff as you can find in home depot. Look for epoxy putty and it should be ~$10 or less.

I paid like $5 for a bottle of liquid nails. Did the trick for me, took like 10 min.

I have epoxy putty like that except it was cheap and from a motorcycle shop, I think it is the same kind of stuff so that may be an alternative. It is called quiksteel and it is steel reinforced epoxy putty.

quicksteel is a hightemp putty that is used for repairing exhaust or etc...
I used it to fill in the squirrel finders on my projectors. Its cheap and works great and is as hard as steal once it hardens.
I got mine at Autozone.
