Molal24
Well I have a GRP LGT and want to paint my calipers because they are ugly right now. Everything on the car is stock so red car on silver wheels which color should I make the calipers? Red, White, Black, Gold, or Silver? If you have yours painted pictures would be great. Thanks! Molal24
Yeah black was the original but then I thought gold might look good.

Molal24
Looks like black is taking the early lead...
Molal24
Red? I thought that would look bad. Thats like a woman wearing a red dress and having red shoes on...
Jerboa113
there was no "stock" option. So I said black. no reason for oem calipers to be any other color than not painted tho imo. VXCL
gold is for real brembos. no need to draw any attention to your oem calipers. black all the way to keep them from looking nasty, draw no attention, and keep the car classy looking. peace MAYHEM #122/22 STS NNJR SCCA AUTOX4U.COM XENON RETRO GUIDE
Molal24
Looks like i may be going Black....my choices are down to black and gold but looks like black will win...
ehsnils
Red is for Brembos. I would go for Black or Silver. Both are neutral and won't shame the car. Gold may work, but with a pimp warning.
peteyjr
Silver, looks oem and doesn't draw attention yet looks nice.
Underdog
I would almost go for a dark silver just to clean up the look and not draw any attention. The calipers are decent for stock on the GT, but the look of painted calipers is played out, IMO. The Crimson Dynamo
Molal24
Yeah after looking at the gold, I think it wouldn't look to great. I'll look around for a dark silver but if I don't find one I'll go black.
Underdog
You could probably blend a black and a silver, but then you have the expense of the extra kit. Would be a good option if you could find someone else to split cost with you. The Crimson Dynamo
