jeffk
I wish to upgrade my suspension and I'm trying to decide if JDM GT takeoff's are the way to go or if I should go Spec B, Ohlins or something else. My LGT is my daily driver and I'm looking for something that approximates my friend's A3 w/sport suspension or BMW 3 Series w/sport suspension. I've read in the forums that JDM GT is very close to USDM Spec B and that JDM Spec B is even more aggressive. Is this correct? I'm in Culver City and travel to Orange a couple of times a month. Thanks in advance.
Guest
Correct. USDM SpecB dampers are identical to Rev. C JDM GT dampers, but springs are different.
Rommel
Jeff - my Spec B Rev. A are really comfy for a daily driver. I'm in the Valencia area if you want to test it.
CobaltForge
Not to be completely off topic, but where could one find these Bilsteins to purchase besides the Member Classifieds?
Guest
Pretty much nowhere else... Unless you buy new from Subaru or Rallitek.
