upgraded oil line kit... help

I was going to order from infamous however they are it of stock for 3 weeks. Who else sells a upgradedoil line kit for the legacy? Thanks

Well that what I wanted by I can't wait. So FP kit works well? Stupid question does my 2005 lgt have avcs?

Did you bust/ cracked your oem oil line ? Why can't you wait ?

 

I think the fp kit is just a ss line with optional filter kit.It's cheaper. Infamous comes with padded ss lines and a removable rinse and clean filter element/ housing and it gets a nice bracket to keep that oe look.

thank you and it's my only car and it's in tulsa ok, but i'm transferring to Chicago in only 10 days so time is short.

Is there something wrong with the OEM line? If not, I would say order the Infamous line and wait for it. Mike at Infamous is a great vendor on here and he has a ton of knowledge about these cars. Even if you don't end up buying his supply line call him up and ask him some questions. I promise you'll be better off for it.

+1 on waiting for Infamous. Mike talked me through the entire set-up after I misread one of the steps. Great vendor and great product.

I would also wait on the infamous kit... its a beauty and easy to install

love my infamous line kit, and Mike is awesome.

Same here.. Love my IPT line kit. It was an easy install from one of the best contributing members. I'd wait.

I used the FP kit and it is great. Get the appropriate filter too. Run the filter off the head and the line back to the turbo. That's all you need.

I just mailed out an IPT kit to OP--I had one on the shelf and don't need it anytime soon. When they are back in stock I'll probably pick one up again.

This whole thread makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside...

Its not like real life at all...

I used the P&L kit and added the 10 micron filter and another 6in line after the filter, it works, but no where near as pretty, need to get a shorter line before the filter, and reusing the stock location did cause a couple scraped knuckles. Also still haven't had time to cut out the old line that is just sitting there.
