Theres an unmarked Black F350 Quadcab with a Larger then normal bed cap driving around. I usually see it in the mornings going towards Hartford but have seen it on the ride home too. I'm not quite sure exactly WHAT they do, but I've never seen one running radar. Obviously, if you drive Rt. 2 slow down before exit 17. Permanent speed trap there everyday. They have small portable scales for commercial trucks, probably a test kit to make sure they aren't using off-road diesel and who knows what else.
