I heard that the Subaru ones were McGard manufactured so I figured I'd try going with those and put the saved $20 toward the AP fund. drewster Posted June 23, 2005 Share Posted June 23, 2005 From an aesthetic point of view i don't like the oem/mcgard locking lugs which often tend to be longer, less tapered than the other 4 oem lugs. I will 'borrow' a pic from xenonk who is running the mcgard splinedrive with locking lug nut. 4 of them are splinedrive and the 5th is a separate locking lug. You'll notice they almost look exactly the same at a glance. I'm using these and they are so much nicer than oem or gorilla lock lugs.
