compsurge
Might be able to get you this tomorrow. Can you upload an image with exactly what dimensions you want? Shameless copy: http://i51.tinypic.com/2lk5vuo.jpg Annotate what bends, widths, etc.
SwaggerWagon05
If you could measure where the downpipe connects to the y pipe I'm not so much worried about after the y pipe I'm going to try and make this exhaust with as few bends as I can not sure what mufflers I will be using either. Maybe apexi n1 cans not sure I love the way they sound with the boxer rumble! I just need to know how much bulk exhaust I need to buy!
compsurge
OK just did measurements. They are measured at the floor lined up with exhaust, so not exact. Please be conservative. Noted: 5-6 feet for length (not pipe length).
SwaggerWagon05
i appreiate that what do you think is the degree of the angle of that C bend before the Y pipe? do you think i could get away with using a 45 degree bend?
compsurge
I think it is a 45° bend. It's clearing the rear diff that's all. I'll see about getting better dimensions there
SwaggerWagon05
I took a look at mine today sorta from what I could see laying on the ground. I really appreciate you helping me out I think this week I'm going to put her up on a lift and start measuring out and planning where I want to start laying out what I need! Thanks a lot!
