That picture has a lot of enhancement and filtering in photoshop to bring out the mirror more but I just use NXT spray sealant and apply it with a foam pad then hand buff it off. I did however just buy my Porter Cable, Klasse all-in-one but I got to figure out what brand and kind of pads to buy now. I was looking at the Lake Country pads but my goal isn't for my car its for my g/f's which is oxydized heavly and so I don't know which pads to get. OCDetails Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 I was going to say that it looked like an NXT shine, but I didn't want to jinx it. It looks great and is a great example of what NXT looks like. You should look at the Edge2000 pads. They are a little more expensive, but they are basically two pads in one and you don't have to worry about the velcro backing coming off. I would get the green one and the blue and maybe the white. The green pad and the right polishes should take care of the oxidation. Then I would use the blue pad with a milder polish to clear up any haze. The blue pad is also good for just basic paint cleaning or light polishing on well maintained paint. So far the materials I have are: PC 7424 Klasse AIO ? on which pads to buy I was thinking for polishing to get meg #83 Steps I was going to take was 1. wash the car 2. Clay bar 3. wash again 4. Klasse for oxidation (do I apply this with the PC then buff off with the PC?) 5. Meg #83 6. Wolfgang Sealant prep 7.
