Next track day Jan. 10th!!!

Anyone who knows me would agree I am a track (strip) whore Track day is at The Auto club Dragway in Fontana. Tech starts at 7am racing start at 9am. Cost is a measily $20 to run or just $10 if you watch. Hoping for DEEP 12's see ya there!!!

I always wanted to do the 1/4 mile. Now I just need a race gas tune!! ^^^Hint, Hint.

For street driven car's there isn't much, if you break into the 13's you will need a helmet. If that happens don't worry Manny I've got two, but do know they fit my big melon head

Nope, just take it easy on the lauches then go all out

Even with some soft launches you should be able to trap 110+mph.

barring any kind of sickness that hit me last weekend... i'm down

i'm not going to really thrash the tranny, so i'm aiming for good trap speeds, but you never know

Yep, really is a reality check. My first time at the track my best time was only 14.2, later on that same setup (powerwise) in worst conditions I manage a 13.6. For $20 it is worth if you have nothing going on.

If you want to see what your cars really got try it only on the first pass while the temps are the coolest. Also only hold it at boost at the line for a couple of seconds and stage last.

If there is aenough interest we can all meet up at my house before hand, I live like 5 mins from the track.

My car ain't going to be ready and tuned on the Hydra by then, but maybe I can get Yim to bring the 08 STi out

That would be cool, I don't think there have been too many 08' STI's at the 1/4 mile track yet. It would be nice to see if it can break into the 12's @ stage 2.
