phildog33
Id like to have black rims on my wagon, which is also Black Obsidian. But most after market rims look took cheezy for me. I like say the X5 BMW rims.. its thick and big, but not cheezy I could powder coat the rims I have now, but I also want to put new calipers in there.. and you cant see them with the factory rims Either way... what do you guys think .. Rims wise.. for a black outback XT wagon p
Guest LGT-NY
You're looking for a 5-spoke design? Also, what's your budget? For the price of Powder Coating (~$500) + what you could get for selling your OEM wheels, you could get a nice set of rims.

ultimakf7
Powder coating usually starts around ~$250 -300 depending on the shop.
StoplightAssassin
Checkout the wheels and tires section in the marketplace. There are lots of ideas in there. http://legacygt.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=71 I'd say just get a set of Rotas or something relatively inexpensive, in case you change your mind. http://www.wheeldude.com

urfsin
^^looking good man! I have painted wheels too and they can turn out quite nice if you take your time, do multiple coats and use a clear coat finish. Slide It Sideways
StoplightAssassin
I prefer painting wheels over powder coating for the cost but also b/c I know I will curb the wheels at some point.
