I do mine religiously every 5,000 km (~3,000 miles). Oil changes are still the cheapest insurance you can buy. Maybe that's why after putting on over 600,000 km collectively on the Subarus I have owned, I have never had an engine issue. ;)

Same here. Especially with the huge temperature flucuations up here at the north pole. :lol:

I live and operate my vehicle in a high-desert environment where the temperatures can rise to 115F (sometimes even higher) during the summer months and the roads can become quite dusty. Because of those conditions as well as for peace of mind, I try to adhere to 3750 mile oil change intervals.

No turbo for me now, but I always changed the oil in my WRX every 3k. Actually every car I have ever owned I change at 3k. Just habit.
