The mirrors are like that to increase visibility around the A pillar.

The BRZ like rear fender line just doesn't work, a bit too low.

The chrome trim on the doors looks odd since it doesn't transition to the back window.

The front end looks weird. The grill to hood scoop lines don't flow well.

What exact problem is this car destined to solve? What void is it filling in FHI's plans? I have a feeling we are seeing the tip of an iceberg. Wondering what will come out of FHI in next few years.

That said, this does not look bad. Definitely caries the silhouette of 4th BP, at least up to C pillar. Then its Impreza hatch rear gate.

If its made available with 6MT is States, this could be something to look at for sure. Not interested in CVT.

The 1.6DIT according to the article has 170PS or about 167hp and gets the regular CVT.

NUUUUUUUUUU.

Oh well, as long as it's a CVT and not a stepped automatic. A stepped automatic would be better than a manual though. ;D I'd be surprised they even have a stepped automatic on a new model with their CVT's already doing such a good job.

Judging by what they're doing with the WRX/WRX STi styling and the latest spy-shots of the camouflaged Legacy/Outback (especially the taillights and the headlight location of the projectors), the Levorg looks like it is/was one of those mules.

Now, the question is does that mean the Subaru engineers were really testing a Levorq and not the Legacy/Outback? Or is the Levorq the next Legacy/Outback?

One thing is for sure, they will share a lot of the same styling queues.

The 2015 WRX and WRX concepts carry the next gen styling DNA bits of all upcoming Subaru cars. From the boomerang tails that will probably make it over to whatever become the next-gen Legacy, the headlights which will likely hit all models, Forester XT LED U-brow and all.

Blah at that chrome trim ending at C pillar. That looks stupid.

Re-read the specs and it sounds LEVORG is not meant to be sold in US. Too many cool gizmos and they mention word "wagon" about half a dozen times.

Apparently wheelbase is 4 inches shorter than the current Legacy Wagon/Outback. Perhaps Outback is going to move up in size.

So may be those rumors about Outback replacing Tribeca are true. Say hi to Outbeca. Or Triback.

wheelbase seems to be 19mm shorter than 4th gen, according to cars101. Not surprising considering current Impreza is basically 4th gen chassis.

Doesn't look bad at all - pretty similar to the new WRX, but it seems Subaru purists are hating everything Subaru has come out with this last decade. It reminds me more of the Acura TSX wagon than it does a revised Outback / Legacy wagon.
